Dana joined the ISB team in 2007. She brings with her 5 years experience in commercial real estate property management, specializing in multi- tenant office buildings in Central Arkansas. She is responsible for the properties in ISB's downtown Little Rock portfolio. Dana has earned the trust and respect of ISB's tenants by providing efficient response to all service requests. Dana is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Bill joined ISB in 2009. Drawing on 28 years of experience in manufacturing accounting, analysis, and control. Bill will lead ISB's excellent team of accounting personnel and provide financial information to ISB managers in support of services provided to ISB clients.
Joyce joined ISB in 2006. Her experience is in lease administration and property management. She works directly with the Managing Director to assure timely and accurate handling of management issues and projects. With strong organizational skills and an eye for detail she will enhance ISB’s commitment to service excellence.
Tiffanie joined ISB in 2006. Tiffanie is the smiling, helpful voice you hear answering ISB’s phone. Her responsibilities include scheduling building conference room for tenants, issuing building access cards, creating the WestLake newsletter and coordinating annual marketing functions.
Reggie Sullivan, Maintenance Supervisor
Reggie joined ISB in 1999 with over 20 years of experience in commercial construction and building maintenance. He oversees and coordinates our proactive maintenance program, general maintenance staff, and vendor services. Reggie's expertise and dedication enable ISB to provide superior tenant response and to exceed owner maintenance expectations. ISB’s managed properties in Central Arkansas benefit from his experience and knowledge. Reggie personifies ISB's standards of excellence by consistently exhibiting a personal commitment to tenant satisfaction and property enhancement.
Roger Harris, Maintenance Engineer
Roger joined the ISB team in 2007. Roger brings with him 7 years of maintenance experience. He served for 4 years in the Air Force and 25 years as an operations technician for a fertilization manufacturer. He has been active in church staff management and administration.
Tony Esaw, Maintenance Technician
Tony joined ISB in 2008 bringing 10 years’ experience in general maintenance including five years of experience specific to plumbing. Tony possesses great enthusiasm and eagerness to promptly address all building maintenance issues.
