Her experience includes management of downtown high-rise buildings as well as multiple suburban properties. Marilyn oversees the operations for ISBs offices in Central and Northwest Arkansas. Her strengths are property management transition, owner communications, tenant relations, and building maintenance excellence. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has earned the Certified Property Manager designation, the industrys premier real estate management credential. She is ISBs licensed Principal Broker.
Claude, a retired partner of Goldman Sachs, previously served the firm as a General Partner from 1981 to 1988, and a Limited Partner and Senior Consultant from 1988 to 1999. He also served as Senior Vice President in Prudential Insurance Company's real estate investment department and as director of several of Prudentials subsidiaries. He is a former Chairman of both the Urban Land Institute and Rockefeller Center Properties. Claude serves Wharton, Harvard, SMU, Wisconsin and New York Universities as a guest lecturer on the subject of income producing real estate investment, development and management. Claude holds prestigious credentials from Counselors of Real Estate and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Jim has over 30 years of real estate investment, brokerage, development, consulting, and appraisal experience. With his unique experiences and qualifications, Jim is focused on investment related real estate. Jim has been involved in over $250 million in brokerage transactions, with a diversifited background of office buildings, apartment complexes, shopping centers, industrial properties, and land transactions throughout Arkansas and the southeastern United States. He represents a variety of clients on a local, regional, and national level. Jim holds the prestigious credentials from Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) designation, which he is one of ony six in Arkansas. He also holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
Mark has extensive experience in development, property management, and construction in four cities with Trammell Crow Company. He was Division Partner in charge of the Chicago Industrial Division which managed 10 million square feet. He also served on Trammell Crows National Marketing Division Board. Mark has developed over $250 million in business parks, data centers, offices, warehouses, and corporate headquarters/campuses. Mark is a member of Urban Land Institute and a Developer Associate in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
