Greg Joslin is a licensed real estate broker and principal partner at Irwin Partners. He specializes in all facets of office leasing and brokerage with landlord representation responsibilities for over 1.5 million square feet of office properties throughout the central Arkansas market. Additionally, he handles site selection/market analysis, acquisition and dispositions and tenant representation roles for clients. He received his SIOR office specialty designation in 2015, joining an elite group of only 3,100 commercial realtors internationally holding this coveted designation. SIOR members represent today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
Prior to joining Irwin Partners Joslin worked with Entergy Arkansas in commercial & industrial major accounts group. Greg’s background includes experience in the economic development field working in Entergy’s Office of Economic Development, the Arkansas Industrial Development Commission and president/CEO of the Magnolia-Columbia County Chamber of Commerce.
Joslin holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College. He is a graduate of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Greater Little Rock (LGLR) program, the Economic Development Institute at University of Oklahoma and the Community Development Institute at the University of Central Arkansas.
Joslin was named an Arkansas Business “Forty under Forty” honoree in 2007 and has extensive service in leadership capacities on numerous community boards including the Little Rock Port Authority Board of Directors, a founding board member of the Arkansas Committed to Education Foundation, chair of both the LGLR Board of Trustees & LGLR Alumni Association, past board president of Youth Home and the board of Our House Shelter. Greg also served as a non-commissioned officer in the Arkansas Air National Guard.
